A 20-year-old Owings Mills, Maryland man is dead after police found him in his car, which crashed into a utility pole on the left shoulder of southbound Crain Highway at St. Stephen’s Church Road. Derrell Amir Walker was found in the wreck of his 2015 Honda Accord. Police don't know why the car left the roadway.
