You Know You Have To Write About the Voice--When You Keep Bumping Into It On Social Medial

“The Voice,” NBC’s long-running vocal talent show, has closed restaurants on Mondays when Severna Park 17-year-old Parajita Bastola sings. And, when Facebook friends hit your feeds with Facebook Live from inside the restaurant of the teen watching herself perform you take notice. Then, the Baltimore Sun pushes out a story with not only Anne Arundel girl who is a Nepalese American with big pipes but a duo of sisters who call themselves the Marylynds-one has to take pen to paper, or fingers to keyboard, and say, wow!  How a teen can mix with sisters who are twice her age, well, that's special.  The sisters Lindsay and Kasey Staniszewski, now call Nashville home, but both have had the crown as Miss Maryland USA.  The Free State is being represented.

If you haven't been seduced by The Voices of Maryland women turning heads, and chairs on the voice, take a listen.

And, listen for Parijita to exclaim and giggle and react like the high school kid that she is.
