Greggory Siscoe, who was arrested after police arrived at the scene of a shooting at Clauss Liquor Store in Glen Burnie on August 26, has been formally charged with the murder of 29-year-old Darius Davon Matthews.
Police said, according to the Baltimore Sun, that Siscoe was found at the scene holding a loaded 12-gauge shotgun that had discharged one shell. He was initially held at the Anne Arundel County lockup on gun charges. But this morning formal charges of murder were filed. The sun reports that nearly four years ago, Siscoe was accused of a non-fatal shooting of a 46-year-old near the same liquor store. He later pleaded guilty to a firearms charge in that case and received a time-served sentence, plus five years of probation.
