(Brooklyn, MD) WNAV — A car sale through an online social media marketplace reportedly went wrong when the presumed potential buyer steals the vehicle at gunpoint in Brooklyn at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 21.
Anne Arundel County Police spokesperson Marc Limansky said the victim and suspect met in the 4100 block of Belle Grove Rd. for a test drive. After the test drive, the suspect, who is described as an African American woman in her 20’s, allegedly displayed a handgun and demanded that the victim leave the silver 2004 Acura TL. After this, the suspect reportedly fled southbound on Belle Grove Rd. Initial efforts to locate the vehicle and suspect were
unsuccessful.
