Shooting Update from Weekend in Annapolis

(Annapolis, MD) WNAV — WNAV has an update from local police on a double shooting in Annapolis over the weekend.

Forty-one-year-old John Estep fired multiple gunshots after juveniles were banging on his door on Obery Court, then breaking through the front door of his home Saturday evening, just after 6 p.m.

Police responded for the first call.  Minutes after 7 p.m. – neighbors reported shots fired and police located two  juveniles with gunshot injuries.

A 14-year-old boy was shots twice and has been released from the hospital. A 10-year-old girl suffered one gunshot wound to her back and at last report, is in stable condition.

Mr. Estep faces a list of criminal charges and the investigation continues.
