The Marshall of the U.S. Supreme Court wants Governor Hogan and Governor Youngkin of Virginia to beef up state police support in defense of the homes of the Justices of the Court. Marshal Gail Curley’s request came about a month after a California man was found with a gun, knife, and pepper spray near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after telling police he was planning to kill the justice. The 26-year-old m Nicholas John Roske, of Simi Valley, California, has pleaded not guilty to the charge of attempting to murder a justice of the United States and has pleaded not guilty. The governor says that he’s asked the State Police to look into the reinforcement options that can be provided to Montgomery County Police to keep associate justices’ homes safe.
