Governor Larry Hogan is one of the top five most popular governors in the country.
According to the website — Morning Consult — Hogan is third among all governors with a 70 percent approval rating among Maryland voters.
Number one is Vermont’s governor — Republican Phil Scott — with a 79 percent approval rating, followed by Massachusetts’ Republican leader, Charlie Baker, with a 72 percent approval rating.
