At Windsor Farm Elementary School in Arnold: 45
in Talbot County: 86 cases at the Easton Middle School.
Washington County at North Hagerstown High School: 140 positive test results.
In Frederick at Ballenger Creek Middle School: 60 illnesses and
at Walkersville High School: 73 student and staff cases
The State Health Department lists this criteria for declared outbreaks:
A Cohort Outbreak: Three or more confirmed cases within a 14-day period that are not linked to the school setting.
School Outbreak: Five or more classrooms or cohorts that have cases occur within the 14-day timeline and that are unrelated.
