(Glen Burnie, MD) WNAV — A 47-year-old resident of Glen Burnie is behind bars facing charges
for multiple counts of alleged distribution of child pornography.
Anne Arundel County police started an investigation last May after being contacted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, a government agency monitoring online activity. The subject is identified as Frank Marvin Rosen Jr., and he lives on Big Baer Drive. Officials say Mr. Rosen was in possession of dozens of illicit images and videos that included sexual abuse of minor children. He faces twenty charges related to the alleged offenses and the investigation continues.
