Linthicum Heights, MD) WNAV — A man is recovering from a stabbing following a random attack reported in Linthicum Heights Saturday night. Police responded to West Nursery Road where an adult man said he was stabbed by an unknown subject wearing a “Black face mask.” The attack happened around 9 p.m. as the man was walking along the road.

The unknown subject did not take money, a cell phone or any valuables and police say the motive is unclear.

The man who reported the assault was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. He described the suspect as a Black man, wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and the mask.

A search of the area failed to turn up any leads.
