This post is from eyeonannapolis.com <p>In June 2024, the <a href=”https://www.facebook.com/aacopd” target=”_blank” >Anne Arundel County Police</a> began implementing its Automated Traffic Enforcement Speed Program by installing portable camera units at many school zones with a 15-day warning period.</p>

<p align=”justify”>On June 19, 2025, a new automated speed enforcement camera will become active in a school zone within the county. The camera will operate from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, to help reduce vehicle speeds and promote safer driving habits in the vicinity of our schools. Citations will be issued after a 15-day warning period.</p>
